To commemorate the birth anniversary of the loved advocate and generous human Mr Anupam Sinha a scholarship and awards program was started at Ek Pahel NGO a non profit organisation extremely close to his heart. This program was honour all rounder students in his memory. Mr Anupam Sinha was an income tax lawyer by profession but also was a humanitarian and liked helping a thousand lives in numerous ways discreetly. He believed in helping and uplifting his fellow beings and went out of his way to help all around him in every which way he could. His sudden demise left all his fellow beings in an utter state of dismay and the feeling how they will all continue without him. Although he is not with us his dream to support and help others will be carried forward by his family especially his daughter who not only inherited this humanitarian streak from him but with him she has been trying to make a difference to the society in innumerable ways. She has worked for the education of the children and created an organisation Roshan Bharat for continued support in all fields. Anupam Sinha Memorial Awards is a small step to encourage children to not only excel for themselves but also try and help to build each other and be a support system to those who need them the most just like Anupam did. This year this award was presented to Ruby, Muskan & Amisha. Roshan Bharat and Anupam’s family wishes all the very best to the students and promises to carry forward his legacy of benevolence, empathy and compassion forward through this program.
